Give the number of accessibility upgrades (ramp landing, bar seating, restrooms) you may want to consider checking item #4 on the form and listing the upgrades and their costs. VRC 410.6. 8/1/16 Do not check box #3 on the form. Room 119 is neither a story nor a mezzanine as defined in the building code. The exception cited in the response letter does not apply.
